Mr. Miller lives in Wayne, PA where he volunteers for community, and school organizations (currently as President of the North Wayne Protective Assoc., and coaches with Radnor Soccer Club) and raises two daughters with his wife, Amy. Mike attended Wayne Elementary School, Radnor Middle School, and graduated from Radnor High School in 1993. He earned a BA in History from Union College, Schenectady, NY in 1997.

Mr. Miller is President of Valley Forge Administrative Services, Inc., which processes Claim Forms in class-action securities litigation matters. Since inception in 1989, Valley Forge has distributed over $1,000,000,000.

Mr. Miller also serves as the Treasurer of The Philadelphia Investment Banking Company, which has been providing top-quality corporate finance, and litigation consulting and expert services to clients since 1983.
