Simple Steps to Grant Success
- Will the project be an educational innovation for Radnor public school students?
- Is this a pilot project that can be replicated past the grant period?
- What is the long-term impact of the project? How many students will benefit?
- Does the project coordinate with the school curriculum or state learning standards?
Starting Your Grant Request
To start the process, review the current year’s grants cycle schedule. With those dates in mind, we request that you submit a brief “Letter of Intent.” Once we receive this, we will let you know if you should submit a more detailed Grant Application. First-time applicants are offered assistance developing your proposal from our Grants Champions (current and past Grants Committee members). They will discuss your application with you, bringing to light any potential issues or questions to be addressed during the application process. Please note that the Grant Application must be signed by the school principal(s) that will benefit from your project before any presentations will be scheduled.
NOTE: For the 2025-2026 school year, the REF Grants Committee is more likely to consider curriculum programs that can be funded with EITC (tax credit dollars), so interested parties should review these descriptions ahead of starting the LOI process.
