In the Liaison role, she has advocated for REF events and publications, with a goal of improving awareness of REF’s mission and visibility at the RMS level. Amy has continued in the Liaison role, transitioning into the RHS Liaison position in 2018.
Amy completed undergrad at SUNY Cortland and a Masters degree at Adelphi University in Exercise Physiology.Amy worked for over 10 years in the field of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, and was part of the team that brought to fruition The Health and Wellness Center by Doylestown Hospital, a proactive patient -focused state of the art health center, one of the first in the nation.
Amy took time out of the healthcare industry to stay home to raise her children while her husband fostered his entrepreneurial spirit, building Price Financial Services, which he started in 2001. Amy joined Benjamin in the office, “just to help out a little” in 2007, and they have been working together every day since. Amy and Ben love being part of the local Wayne business community, and continue to promote keeping it local in everyday life. This sense of family and community is a lesson they hope to share with their girls, Terrilyn RHS Class of 2021, and Zoriana RHS Class of 2022.
Amy has been volunteering on other RTSD committees since before kids. She has been part of the RTSD Curriculum Development committee, WES KinderPacks, WES Craft Night, RMS Musical Costume committee, RHS Costume Committee and RTSD Professional Development TaskForce.
