Frances is a financial professional with close to 30 years of corporate accounting and finance experience primarily in the Insurance and Reinsurance fields. She transitioned to education a few years ago and recently obtained her teacher’s certification for Secondary Mathematics and Business Education. Frances received a Master’s degree in Taxation from Widener University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of Scranton.
