Jen Marzolf has worked in the professional services industry for over 25 years. A seasoned talent professional, Jen has honed her expertise in talent acquisition strategy, leadership, and mentoring. She holds a degree in Psychology from Penn State University. Originally from Pittsburgh, she has lived in the Philadelphia area for the past 20 years and currently resides in Wayne with her husband and two children: one currently attending Radnor Middle School and one a Radnor alum.
Outside of her professional work, Jen is deeply committed to community service. She has served as a mentor with City Year, supported YouthBuild Philadelphia, volunteered with the Radnor Educational Foundation for the past three years as a grant committee member, and is currently involved with Art Goes to School, helping bring art appreciation to young learners.
