REF Director Announcement
Radnor Educational Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs. Theji Brennan as Director.
Theji has served as REF’s foundation administrator for the past four years, overseeing the administration of grants and day to day operations of the Foundation.
As Director, Theji will implement REF’s comprehensive fundraising program, manage business relationships, procure funding through the state’s EITC (Educational Improvement Tax Credit) program and execute development activities. She will work directly with REF’s Board of Trustees, particularly the Executive Committee and committee chairs, and will interact with RTSD administration, corporate and community donors, and volunteers.
Prior to REF, Theji was an active volunteer at Wayne Elementary School and Radnor Middle School PTOs in various roles including VP of Communications and co-chair of the Radnor Speaker Series. She is a former board member of the Women’s Resource Center in Wayne and Commit To Kind. Theji began her career as a marketing production manager for Airgas, Inc. and was an account executive at Fox29 in Philadelphia. She is a graduate of Lehigh University and currently lives in Wayne with her family.
“The Foundation is thrilled to have Theji as our new Director,” said Brian Pugh, president of REF. “Her knowledge of the organization and her commitment to our next level of growth make her an ideal choice for the role. We look forward to having Theji represent REF in the community.”
Radnor Educational Foundation was founded in 1994 as an organization committed to enhancing the educational experience at Radnor public schools. REF awards grants for projects that enrich the curriculum and foster innovative opportunities for students.
