Stacey was born in and grew up in Richmond VA. She attended Hollins University, graduating with a degree in Economics/Business, Pre law concentration and Political Science minor. Thereafter, she graduated from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. She has always practiced in the Philadelphia or suburban area since she moved here in 2003. Initially she spent years in private practice at several law firms doing primarily medical practice litigation, representing many local doctors and hospitals. Subsequently Stacey moved to an in house legal position at Catholic Health East and managed over 400 hospital and general liability litigation cases in varying states along the East Coast.
In 2020 Stacey decided to shift her practice to more of an Intellectual Property focus and started her own law firm. Since 2020 she has represented clients handling their trademark work and also representing clients in patent infringement matters negotiating settlements and license agreements with companies nationally. Lastly, she is an investor and entrepreneur with her husband, Mike Pollock. She and her husband reside in Bryn Mawr with their two daughters who currently both attend Ithan Elementary School.
